Eleocharis parvula ‘Mini’ (Belem) T/C Cup is a compact tissue-cultured carpeting plant prized for its fine, bright green, grass-like foliage and naturally low-growing form. It spreads through runners to create a dense, soft lawn across the aquarium foreground, making it ideal for Iwagumi, nature-style, and nano aquascapes. Moderate to strong lighting and supplemental CO₂ encourage faster spreading and more compact growth. Before planting, rinse away the culture gel and divide the plant into many small portions. Plant them evenly across a nutrient-rich substrate with small gaps between each portion. Regular trimming helps maintain a neat, dense carpet and beautiful miniature grassland appearance.
